Message from Roy and Jenny:

The first inter club competition of the year will be held on Saturday March 28th. The venue will be the Priory City School, on Skellingthorpe Road. It'll be great fun. All students will be matched with an opponent of the same grade or ability. Last year's was a great success! Hope to see you there.

Weighing in shuts at 2pm for a 2.15 start
We will bring forms to clubs this week for pre-registration.
Forms to be completed and returned to your instructor for us to pick them up on the 18th / 19th.
Payments will be taken on the door on the 28th for competitors and spectators.

UFBDA Freestyle Tae Kwon-do trains every Thursday night: 8 till 9 at Priory City of Lincoln Academy on Skellingthorpe Road.

This is a small friendly welcoming club, and our training consists of a mixture of light fitness ,discipline, confidence building, improving technique within tae kwon-do, point stop and light continuous sparring at a competitive level.

More importantly, we aim to have as much FUN as possible when training and make it an enjhoyable experience for all.

Anybody is welcome and no past martial arts experience is needed! Juniors also welcome from age 8+
