Dragon Brothers show their skill

Team Dragon had two competitions to compete at on Sunday November 2nd. Brothers Ben and Tom Smart travelled to Leicester to compete in the finals of the KTBF British championships. Both fighters had won at the previous tournaments throughout the year, and with Tom already securing the Series Winner, he had just to relax and compete for the British title. Ben needed to win to secure Series Winner, and make it a double for the Smarts.

Tom was up first and stormed through his opponents in the semi contact taking the win with great skill. But, he was not yet finished as he had the Light contact still to compete in. Fighting with strength, he reached the final. Tom's opponent - two years older - tried to press him but fell short, with Tom changing up a gear and taking the win.

Ben had a class act to follow, but rose to the challenge and by using his amazing timing, he secured not only the win in his semi contact section but the Series Winner title too.

Both Ben and Tom along with Dean Cain will be flying to Greece next week to represent the Dragons and WUMA GBR in the WUMA World championships in Athens. With the results all three lads have had this weekend at the KTBF and the BBI they show that they are ready to go and bring back a title or three.

WELL DONE, LADS - AND GOOD LUCK IN GREECE!
