Black Dragon instructors Rachel Coleman and Karen Sutton, along with Junior assistant instructor Louise Nelson, did a 3 day course for the Muslim sisters (living Islam) at the weekend Muslim event held at the Lincolnshire showground at the end of July.

The three Dragon members showed their skills in teaching around 40 students in self defence techniques.
Rachel commented: we received great feedback from the women that attended the course and we enjoyed teaching the women over the three days.
