Black Dragon coach Colin Muress took 3 students with him to the WUMA British Open Championships on Sunday the 17th December and as usual they did not disappoint, with Rachel Muress fighting first and moving up two weight categories. Rachel had some great fights taking a second place in the -65kg Points stop.

Next up was Paul Mayfield fighting in the -75kg light contact section. Paul stormed home to a win and British title, and last up for the Dragons on the day was big Al Alwyn Harris fighting in both the -90kg points and light. Al had some very good fights and took a 3rd place in both sections. Colin said that all three ended our year in the fashion that we are now used to.
