Sunday October 13th was no "day of rest" for three Dragons students, who were put their paces in hope of achieving their Black Belts. After months of intensive training under UFBDA Senior instructor Karen, the three ladies were put to the ultimate test. This was followed by a nerve-wracking week, waiting for the judges' final decision!

I'm delighted to report that the terrific trio all came out smiling, so it's congratulations to all three.

Well done, well deserved!
